They were available to come out inspect it. Gave us their opinion of what our options were. We needed for the holidays. They had tanks available and it was close to our home. Replaced it and suggested to replace our flex pipe connections. We had just got our new carpet and kitchen floor so they didn't mind taking the broke tank out our backdoor thru the alleyway to keep our new floors from getting wet. They gave us their number for future work. I highly recommend this company and will use them again."See more

My basement kept getting water due to a clogged outdoor drain. I wasn't sure if I needed a sump pump as well and several companies that I got estimates from told me I'd need the drain unclogged as well as the pump. Dry Tech suggested just working on the drain and going from there. They were courteous, fair in price, and efficient. I was actually excited when we got our first heavy rain because I could see if the drain clearing worked, and it did! First time I haven't gotten water in my basement in years.
