John and his partner were wonderful. They made moving very easy. I would recommend them to anyone who is moving. They were prompt, very cautious with my items and put everything in place for me. Thank you for making this task easy for me.

Terrible service, Both guys don’t really know how to clean pools as they claimed, they came and wasted 2 days and the pool still wasn’t cleaned, the water was green,

I would not recommend this company. I hired them to change the sand in my pool filter, and after they completed the job, my filter developed a crack that was never there before. It now sprays water everywhere and creates a large puddle around the drain assembly. Instead of standing behind their work, they refused to come back and inspect the damage. The most frustrating part was their response. Rather than taking responsibility or trying to resolve the issue, I was told to go to Home Depot and fix it myself because it was “an easy fix.” That’s not acceptable customer service, especially when the damage appeared immediately after they worked on my equipment. Whether there was a minor drip before is irrelevant. The issue now is that my filter has a crack and is leaking extensively, something that did not exist before they performed the sand change. I gave them the opportunity to make it right, but they declined. It’s not like me to write reviews , especially bad ones, but I’m so upset that they wouldn’t even come look. If you’re looking for a company that stands behind its work and values customer service, I would look elsewhere. I
