I saw that Lorddkw was doing hems at a pop-up, so I brought two pairs of jeans that were too big on me and asked her to tailor the waist.
Both jeans (size 20) were falling off my waist, but I loved the loose, baggy fit through the thighs and didn’t want to size down. She tailored the waist perfectly while keeping the relaxed fit I wanted.
Super happy with the result! She was handling a lot of on-demand requests but still took the time to check in with me and make sure I was satisfied.
I definitely plan to bring more jeans to her in the future. Not just to fix the waist, but to get an overall better, more tailored fit throughout the pants.
