- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every trip is different, so pricing depends on destination, travel dates, length of stay, number of travelers, accommodations, transportation, and the experience you're looking for. I work within your budget and present clear options so you can compare value before making a decision. My goal is to help you get the best overall trip for your budget—not simply the lowest advertised price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning who is traveling, your preferred dates, approximate budget, departure city, and what you want the trip to feel like. I then research and compare appropriate options and help narrow them down to the best fit. Once you're ready, I assist with the booking and can coordinate accommodations, cruises, flights, transfers, excursions, and other trip details as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional travel advisor affiliated with KHM Travel Group and have completed travel-industry supplier and destination training. I also bring extensive personal travel experience from visiting 27 countries, including destinations throughout Europe, the Caribbean, Mexico, Central America, and the Bahamas.
