Simple. I care about my work and MY CUSTOMER. There are too many contractors looking to get in and out of your home and make a buck not caring about their customer. I am just not that kind of person. I always want to make it right for my customer. When I arrive at your home I lay down blankets to protect your flooring. If my customer does not smile after I am done the job then I have not done it good enough. Technology is just fantastic. We live in an incredible time. I love that I get to work with all of the new stuff.

Nick was the first contractor to contact me when I put a request in Thumbtack. He was knowledgeable and his feedback helped my husband troubleshoot the issue and detach wiring that would have destroyed our receivers had they remained where they were. We did not end up having him come out, but had a positive experience nonetheless and would recommend his services.

Highly recommended! We chose Nick because of his superior reviews and we concur with all the glowing recommendations. Before the day of the job, he demonstrated technical know-how and good communication skills over email. Nick arrived exactly on time, with all the necessary tools, including some we didn't know we would need. He explained and advised us on options and best practices, and accommodated our slightly unusual location requests. Amazingly, he even volunteered to look at other unrelated AV components we mentioned were malfunctioning after being set-up by a different "professional" the day before. That person left behind a hard to decipher wreck, but Nick figured out the errors and re-configured so everything was working beautifully. And he didn't ask for anything in return for the extra service. (We certainly recognized the value of his extra work and time and increased our payment.) On top of all that, Nick was lovely to chat with. Since we are newly arrived to the area, he gave us great recommendations for exploring Philly. 10/10, would hire again!

Nick is a pro: Excellent communication, timely arrival and helpful follow up. He gave us helpful and cost-effective guidance and repurposed cables to save time and money. Nick is very good at what he does and we would not hesitate to call him again for any audio/video work we need done. Nick hung our 60 inch over our fireplace and a 42 inch in our master bedroom. Both were challenging projects - the 60 inch because the electrician did not run a tv line to the proper place and the 42 inch because it was an older, heavier, flat screen purchased years ago. Both of these issues were not discovered until he arrived to do the job. Nick was not phased and completed the projects quickly, cleanly, and efficiently and he didn't even charge us for the extra time it took to deal with the unexpected hiccups. Overall, good guy who does good work at a good price.

Nick was phenomenal. He came out on Sunday morning (yeah, Sunday) 10 sharp to mount my 40" flat screen. Complete professional but easygoing and friendly...and he didn't mind me hovering while he worked. I highly recommend.
