They were on time and did very good work. HOWEVER, they attempted to change the agreed upon price after the work was done. I paid them as we agreed. They did not do ANY additional work. Difficult to communicate via the language barrier. Happy with the installation of my toilet.

They came super fast, within the hour of my request. My sink was leaking profusely and they fixed it several days ago. It is still holding up, no problems since. The only issue was the language barrier. They did not speak any English (Portuguese only) and we had to use google translate. It made the whole process somewhat confusing. We spoke with their boss on the phone, who seemed to speak some English but it was unclear what needed to be done to fix the sink and what the final price would be. Overall it was a positive experience
