- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I fix the problem at their location and anything up to an hour, it is $25.00. If I take it with me, it is anywhere between $25.00 and $75.00 depending on the issues.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get a brief idea of what they are looking for either by talking with them on the phone or through a few short emails. Then if I feel confident that I am the right person for the job, I will ask to meet in person and see the problem first hand. Then I will either take it with me to fix it or fix it right there, depending on the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years of hands on training, an Associates Degree in Computer Networking, Currently in school for my Bachelors Degree.
