- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I treat you more like family then a client we are here every step of the celebration/event to ensure the lineage of communication are always open. No matter how simple the question is please ask and we will respond and address any concerns you have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cooking since the age of 9 it's always been a passion of mine. I have attended the Restaurant School of Philadelphia now known as Walnut Hill College Restaurant School for culinary arts. I have obtained my associates degree in hospitality from University and have a bachelor's degree in Business Management and am current in my ServSafe certification and am fully insured! My staff is well trained and we provide excellent service. I have worked for the 4 Season Fountain Restaurant in Center City as an apprentice, Jimmy Duffy Caterers in Dalesford, PA and Tuxedo Caterers in Philadelphia. I have over 25 years experience and have mastered my craft.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first when I was 9 years old baking and selling pies and cakes for the holiday to my neighbors and from that point I knew I had something really spectacular to offer with food. I love to cook and serve excellent food to whom I service. Simply put I love the reactions of a satisfied client and their guest!
