There were two leak areas in my house, and they came out to inspect the roof thoroughly. They took the time to carefully check everything and explained their findings clearly. I recently had my flat roof and shingles replaced by PRAN PRO and couldn’t be more satisfied. The whole process was smooth and professional. The workmanship really stands out — everything looks clean and properly detailed, from chimney flashing to parapets, termination bars, coping, and the shingle work. You can tell they didn’t cut corners. They also installed a heating cable system and new drainage neatly without damaging the membrane. Communication was great, they followed the proposal, stayed organized, and finished on time. Yauhen and Andrew were great to work with — very nice, professional, and clearly hardworking. Overall, high-quality work. Definitely recommend PRAN PRO for both TPO flat roofs and shingle roofing.
