I’ve been practicing yoga and meditation since 2012. I fell in love with the the physical & mental healing benefits of the practice. The light of my practice began to shine outward towards my friends and coworkers. So naturally, I began to teach and educate everyone who wanted to learn. With my deep-rooted connection with inward personal development, I love to include everyday self-love tools by interweaving them into my personal practice and the classes that I teach. Off the mat you can find me outside in the garden and playing with my dog, Marley. I have a passion for spreading environmental awareness & Holistic healing. It’s my intention to help my students find space to evolve in all aspects of their life by connecting Self, Community and Mindfulness in my classes.

Vail is a very talented instructor who makes yoga accessible for everyone. As someone who once loved yoga, and was turned off by “corporate hippie instructors” promoting a marketing brand and making those that did not strip down to nothing but spiritual tattoos, post about talking to trees and seek enlightenment through validation of strangers on social media, Vail re-introduced yoga as something very positive for me. The classes that I took focused on mindful movements. She took the time to really get to know what her students were looking for and did not push anyone to participate in life stream events or to be photographed who was looking for classes that focused on a “quiet ego” and yoga as a healthy outlet and form of exercise. She offered modification to allow all students the benefits of a pose regardless of ability and offered all students the choice to embrace non-judgmental awareness on and off the mat. Upon completion of each class, students are left with a positive affirmation, the chance to build upon positive connections and a confidence to promote self validation and mindful choices. Highly recommend her for everyone in all walks of life from beginner to advanced yogi.

I was a total beginner, was super uncomfortable and didn't know what I was doing plus Covid didn't make this very easy. Vail made all my reservations go away! The availability do to online and/ or personal classes is amazing! The instructor is extremely informative and non judgemental! I can't wait to take another class!
