I purchased an old house with preexisting plumbing issues. AG Heating, Cooling & Plumbing has been friendly, helpful, and accommodating in addressing these and getting new plumbing and appliances installed. They've already done maintenance on the boilers, replaced the water heater, run the water line to a new fridge, and replaced a toilet. I'm also having them run a new gas line to the dryer, hook up the new washer, and hook up the new dishwasher.As an example of good service: I had them come inspect a perpetually flushing toilet when I wasn't around to do it. I paid their service fee, and was told I could subtract that from the cost of a new toilet installation when I was ready to have that done and they were happy to apply that when I did replace it. They are also giving me a discount on electrical work necessary to get the dishwasher set up. I didn't even ask!So far, my experience is that AG is a company that will show up when they say, work with me to find solutions, and keep their word.

Aaron and his team were honest and did a wonderful job at replacing my hot water heater. As an out of state landlord, they went above and beyond to take the malfunctioning heater back to the store for me. Their work is professional and I will use them again in the future. My tenant is happy that the problem was fixed within 24 hours. Comfort Room!
