Promptly responded and had Thomas at my house within an hour. Evaluated the issue which required the basement line to be snaked. BUT went further to use a camera for the line and explained what was being seen. This was great to see there. are issues with the line for future work. I am not a plumber so this was the first time the words made sense in the video. He was very patient and professional during the job. Thomas Lily is in my contacts for future needs.
