A tenant took the lint trap out and got her windbreaker wrapped around the inside of the dryer.. Jason got the job done even when it ended up being more complicated than expected. I'd hire him again

Needed someone to tune up our dryer. It started making a horrible squealing sound anytime you turned it on. He was responsive and fixed the issue...would definitely recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I retired from the Navy after 21 years and receiving a pension so this is not my livelihood. I can afford to be cheaper than others.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just getting to know them and help them feel comfortable in knowing that they can trust that i will complete the job to their satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I dont have any formal training other than what my grandfather and my dad taught me growing up.
