- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a service call/diagnostic fee of $85, which covers travel and professional diagnosis. After inspection, we provide a clear repair estimate before any work begins. Labor pricing varies depending on the appliance and complexity of repair. Parts are additional if needed. We believe in transparent pricing — no hidden fees. We also occasionally offer promotions such as repair discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and transparent: 1. Customer contacts us by phone or message 2. We schedule a convenient service appointment 3. Technician arrives, performs full diagnostic 4. We explain the issue and provide repair estimate 5. With approval, we complete the repair 6. We test appliance to ensure proper operation We also provide updates when technician is on the way and answer all customer questions clearly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have hands-on field experience working with major residential and commercial appliance brands including Whirlpool, GE, Samsung, LG, Maytag, Frigidaire, KitchenAid, Bosch, Subzero, Viking, Wolf, Thermador and more. We continuously stay updated with modern appliance technology, control boards, sealed systems, and smart appliances. Ongoing training and real-world experience allow us to accurately diagnose and repair efficiently.
