Dryer is very old. However, the Tech gave it a real try. He diassembled the dryer and tried a number of replacement parts. He discussed the issue in detail with me. I'm comfortable it's time to get a new one. Very professional and knowledgable. I'd hire him again in a moment.

My washer was broken and I put in for someone to help me and as soon as I put my cell phone in and hit the send button, they called me at once. It was 2pm and they said they would be there between 2pm and 4pm. They even call and told me, they was on their way. Got here about 2 something, found out the problem, told me a price and I told them to fix it. He fixed it and we paid him and we was back to washing our clothes.
