Introduction: Because I take the extra time to make sure everything is perfect for the customer. I will go out of my way to help the fuction to be easier on the customer. I also will pick things up before the fiction to help the customer. Also I do the garnish for the party for them if needed. I make sure set up is perfect and always will stay and help clean up at the end of the fuction. I love to interact with people. I am a customer service person and can pretty much talk about anything.

I hired Lori to work the bar at my daughters wedding in June. She was there ahead of her scheduled time, set up the bar, and was quite pleasant. She was a hard worker who treated our guests well. A real people person and an all around great bartender! I would not hesitate to hire her for our next big family function!

No my pricing is not complicated. I look at what all is involved and go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No I do not but I have been certified in tips and food service also.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was cooking and doing catering for a smaller tavern. One day I was ask to bartend New Year's Eve. Since that night I have always been a bartender since then. 14 years ago.
