The contractor/plumber showed up right on time and quickly got to work figuring out the issue. He checked all the pipelines and found no plumbing problems—turns out the moisture was coming from the HVAC instead. He even opened up a small part of the ceiling to make sure everything was fine, then sealed it up and repainted it perfectly. He was reasonable, professional, and really thoughtful throughout the whole process. I’d definitely recommend him!
