- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask for all the details of what needs cleaned how many rooms, how many steps on stair way, how big the area rug. Just so i can give them a accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 plus years of training in this field of carpet cleaning upholstery and tile and grout cleaning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've worked for a company for 10 years cleaning carpets and upholstery for commercial jobs. then decided i wanted to do it on my own.
