Jesse scheduled me quickly, arrived on time, walked me through the process and did the work efficiently. He was easy to work with, knowledgable and did a great job. I will definitely use Premier Carpet Care again when I need cleaning.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They are competitive but I do use top of the line products in order to produce the best results. "Premier cleaning gives Premier results!"
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I arrive to each job, I like to go over the entire project with the client so we can manage eachothers expectations. We then would do a final walkthrough to make sure those expectations of the clients have been met.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to starting my own company, I was a tech manager for a large carpet cleaning Franchise.
