- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. We continually train our employees on the latest and greatest equipment that enters the market. The equipment we use is continually advancing in technology and so are the cleaning solutions we use. It is important that our employees understand how to use them correctly to make sure our customer get the cleanest carpets possible.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common jobs are cleaning carpets, stairs, hardwood floors, tile, grout, and grout recoloring.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they are background checked, bonded, and insured. It is important that the company you hire meets all of these qualifications. It helps ensure your safety, your homes safety and covers your belongings in the case of a damaged item.
