- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are simply $25 per average size residential room. Stairs and halls can vary. We charge various rates for upholstery, can discuss easier verbally. We offer specials for combination cleaning. And we have absolutely no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a call, we assess the customers needs and answer any questions they may have. We give exact quotes ( no hidden fees) and may set up an appointment.
