Cooking has always been apart of my life since my childhood. I loved it so much I decided to cook full time and retire from management.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Was hired to cater a repast for 150 people. I arrived early to set up and I had extra racks and fuel. People dropped off extra food. I took care of getting all food set up on warmers we served over 400 people. The family was extremely happy with the turn out
