Introduction: Im Jt.I grew up in lower eastern shore of Md. I started in the restaurant business at an early age working in my grandparents restaurant. As a teenager my first job was working as a dishwasher at Hoopers Crab House.Through the years I worked my pay up the latter eventually becoming kitchen manager of the restaurant that served 1,000 each night.My love for food as a private caterer has neen the highlight of my life.Seeing people enjoying the food I've prepared for their special occasion brings me joy.
