- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our primary entrees are wood fired pizza and flatbreads served buffet style. For pricing, we charge per person with multiple price/menu levels depending on which catering package is selected (Petite, Mezzo, Grande, Graduation). In addition, we have a selection of exceptional appetizers, salads and desserts to provide a complete dining experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We use a catering-specific CRM system to manage our booking process from your interest thru the completion of your event. Call, email or submit the form on our website gets you into our system and we will begin guiding you through the process. We do book up on weekends so the most important step in our booking process is to secure the date/time of your event. We hold a date/time once we have a signed contract and received a 50% deposit. We do provide a seven day temporary hold once we have generated a proposal for your review. If the agreement is not executed and deposit received in seven days the date/time hold is released.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our catering education has been mostly real world. Both of Wood Fired Flatbreads' founders are entrepreneurs with a love of Italian food. Mr. Fitzpatrick's family started vending food at festivals in 1905. His family continually ran and expanded their establishment until the late 1970s. Here he learned making good food fast required operational excellence and a food menu that supports the need for speed. Mrs. Fitzpatrick background incorporates an eye for detail, ability to visualize & create elegant settings and an impressive taste palate. She leans on these skills most frequently when she creates new gourmet pizzas, salads and appetizers for Wood Fired Flatbreads' menu.
