- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For simple fixes, I generally charge between $40. These prices do not include the price of parts. To build a system from scratch, I charge a flat $160 plus 40 an hour for any time over 4 hours. I charge 50 an hour in increments of 30 minutes for helping you design/compile a parts list.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I like to do is speak with the customer and determine the symptoms their system is displaying. from here, I usually ask to meet so that i may do an in person diagnostic on their computer before setting a price/giving them an estimate. Next I either set up an appointment or begin repairs immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am A+ and Net+ trained and proficient. I am also currently seeking my CCNA and a Computer Engineering degree.
