We have extensive experience with framing, drywall, plaster, tile and wood flooring, exterior applications of stucco, and EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finishing Systems) as well as all the construction basics, like painting, carpentry, etc.

I had some trouble with stucco on our home: Vance construction were one of the very few contractors that were certified to make the repairs. I contacted Joe Vance by phone and we made arrangements for him to give me a bid the following week. Joe and his crew were prompt, he kept me appraised of any possible problems and on the status of the repairs. Joe and his crew showed up when they said they would be here. Their work ethic was outstanding, they were very proffessional, and the quality of work was excellent. Joe and his crew always had proper tools on site and except for taking a brief lunch the crew was constantly in motion. I would and have recommended Vance Construction to friends and family. I trust Joe and his crew and in todays world that is not an easy thing to attest.

Vance Construction completed repair and stucco work to our foundation. They provided a reasonable estimate for the work requested, finished the job within the timeline we needed, and the work was great.
