- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Watts Co Demolition we offer the Customer quality work at a very reasonable price, and we are willing to work with them in order to bring their project to completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once communication is established with the Client, a WattsCo. representative will meet with them at the site to discuss the required work, and within 24 hrs the Customer will receive an E-mail containing the Bid Proposal. Upon acceptance of the Proposal an Insurance Certificate will be issued to the customer within 24-48 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
WattsCo. Demolition is Family owned and operated. I began my career over 20 years ago with an apprenticeship under Jim Karis, A 50 year Demolition Veteran and Owner of Karis Demolition Services in Pittsburgh. Over the next few years I went on to perform Commercial gut-out and interior demolition work with other companies
