The drainage pipe ran from the garage upstairs into a room below, through a wall and there was a leak in the pipe in the part jutting out of the wall. Working space was tight and angles were hard. He did a very neat and professional job in cutting and replacing a part of the pipe."See more

Joseph Piccolo says, "We had an occasional sewer odor leak in the Petersen Events Center which was a problem since the building had opened in 2002. However, it was not consistent and always seemed to be remedied by pouring some water down into the drains as we thought it was just a dry trap. However, when the problem became truly pervasive, we decided to bring in American Leak Detection to help us out with a smoke test. Their team was amazing. They identified the source of the leak as an open pipe going back to the original construction of the building. This open pipe was completely hidden behind a structural beam and we suspect, was also the gateway used by roaches to access the ceiling areas. We would have NEVER found this open pipe without the work of American Leak Detection. As such, I can wholeheartedly endorse this company. Fantastic job guys! Truly appreciated."See more

Absolutely 5 stars for Steve, Nick, and Adam! These guys have been nothing short of outstanding. From the very beginning, their customer service has been top-notch — professional, responsive, and always willing to explain things clearly and patiently. Their knowledge and experience were immediately evident, and they brought a level of confidence and calm to every step of this job. It is obvious that they take pride in what they do and actually care about the customer experience as much as the finished product. What really stood out was their pleasant and respectful demeanor — they were friendly, courteous, and made a messy, complicated project feel manageable and even stress-free. Despite working in an incredibly dirty and demanding environment (not to mention rainy), they kept the worksite as neat and organized as possible, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find a team that checks every box: skill, communication, cleanliness, and a great attitude. As a sidenote, I have Homeserve insurance and had the option to make a claim in order to have this issue partially paid for (since they only pay for foundation to utility). I had such a positive experience with Steve and a previous furnace-related issue that I opted out of a significant financial savings due to the level of trust and faith I had in Steve, in particular. Lastly, I work with clients and employees as part of a 5,000+ employee team organization and routinely teach customer service and customer experience principles. It’s hard to impress me, but these guys did. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your company — and especially Steve, Nick, and Adam — to anyone looking for a plumbing contractor.
