What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $175 assessment fee when we come out to inspect the job. We can then give you a scope of work and quote for your project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to see photos of the space and what your desired outcome would be for the project. Then we would schedule a time to come inspect the space to give you an accurate estimate for the work requested.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been renovating homes since 2020. We have done full gut remodels, as well as kitchen and bathroom remodels, or even drywall repairs and flooring installation. We can do anything inbetween!
