Rich did a stellar job. He came out the same day as my post, assessed my furniture situation, got the necessary supplies, did the repairs, and hauled away the broken frames. I can honestly say I was ready to send my stand back, I got online to look up people who assembled these products, the response was fast less then three minutes, he came the same day did remarkable work on my stand, also put the sticks on my 75 inch tv, he help set it up all why dealing with my Chinese crest dog, he was able to multitask when I say 100 percent recommend you won’t be disappointed……he dealt with him please use him for all your assemble needs….
