All Pilates is NOT alike. Make sure your instructor has been trained and certified through a comprehensive (650 hours +) certification program. At Touchstone Pilates you will be trained by Romana's Pilates certified instructors. Romana Kryzanowska is Joseph Pilates world renouned protege. We teach "True" classical Pilates as Joseph Pilates intended.
