- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely. I am always reading, watching and learning. As a member if ICES, cake and sugar education is available and I take every opportunity to learn something new.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was sick of the 9-5 day job. I didn't get to make anything or have anything to show for my hours of hard work. A desk job just wasn't for me!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I mostly do custom wedding and birthday cakes, along with baby shower cakes.
