1. Customer reaches out with the issue. 2. We schedule a same-day or next-day visit. 3. On-site inspection and free estimate. 4. Clear explanation of the problem and options. 5. Complete repair or installation. 6. Full safety check and system test before leaving. We make sure the door runs smoothly, safely, and quietly before the job is considered done.

We’ve been trained specifically in garage door spring replacement, opener systems, track alignment, cable repair, and full door installations. Working hands-on in the field has given us extensive experience diagnosing issues quickly and safely. I stay updated on modern insulated doors, smart openers, and manufacturer installation standards.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the garage door industry working hands-on with installations and repairs, learning the mechanics of torsion systems, openers, and full door replacements. Over time, I built a reputation for honest work, clean installs, and clear communication — which led to starting DuraVault Garage Doors to provide reliable, local service done right.
