We feel like it was divine intervention that we found Andrew and Co. when we realized the plot of land we wanted to build on was challenging to say the least. He was the only contractor that did not shy away from the challenge. On the contrary, he helped us attack it. To us, the Co. in Andrew and Co. stands for Collaboration, Cooperation, Confidence and Communication. Can you think of anything else you would want in a contractor?
Andrew took our new build from design/planning to completion. Every step of the way helped us navigate every decision with confidence. He helped us with design, cost containment and managing every step of the excavation/build.
We had heard horror stories about new builds. We expected some challenges along the way, but Andrew's clarity of communication helped give us confidence throughout the process. We were amazing at how accessible he was. Anytime we had a question or need, he was right there with an answer. This approach made it so much easier to navigate challenges as they arose.
It is hard to pinpoint what we valued the most, but we think it boils down to how he cared about what was important to our family. We have a 2-year-old daughter and needed to get her into a new daycare for some personal reasons. He helped us get into our home on a timeline that I can't imagine any other contractor being able to match.
We are beyond grateful to Andrew and his team for making our dream home a reality and making the process as seamless and painless as possible.
We will add photos as soon as we are more settled. The place is gorgeous. Our friends and family are obsessed with all of the unique details. Thank you, Andrew and Co. Team!!!

It was an absolute pleasure having Andrew and his amazing crew do all the renovations on our home. It can be such a scary process but he helped with every inch of the reno. I gave him some ideas of what we wanted and he delivered even better than expected! Anytime we had something go wrong, he came right away, no hesitations, weekends, whatever needed attention he was on it! Anything future reno will 100% go to him! We could not have gotten any luckier!

We prefer to engage new clients via a call first to determine their project scope and budget and gauge whether we're a good fit.
