FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, all jobs are different and all customers are different. I pride myself in being able to understand the customers needs and wants as well as their budget for the work desired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial meet & greet. I like to gain and understanding of the person I am about to possibly do business with. I like to give the potential customer as much information as to who I am, whether I am qualified to do their work, and if I'm not, I like to offer them options as far as other contractors whom I have a relationship with and have worked with in the past. I like to be able to convey a confidence in my ability to perform the work that the customer has.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an Associates Degree in Carpentry & Construction Technology from Triangle Technical Institute, and I have worked diligently within the field for 15 years now.
