Introduction: Everyone on my crew is aligned to delivering their best effort every day, not cutting corners or doing things just good enough. This shared pride leads to quality work delivered on time. Secondly, my approach with clients is personal and hands on. I'm at the site every day working and keep communication lines flowing at all stages of the project. I love seeing tangible improvements on a daily basis. I enjoy seeing the pleased look on a client's face when they see their new wood floors, or tile, or new bath.

Nate and his crew did a fantastic job on our hardwood floors in our living room. They were prompt everyday and their price was very reasonable. Their workmanship was excellent and I was very happy with their work. The floors look awesome! I highly recommend Nate.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

A couple years ago I began buying properties to rent out, and my approach was to invest in fixing them up really nicely so I could get a higher quality tenant. And it worked. But I was constantly frustrated with the high prices that contractors would quote, just to do simple baths, kitchens and so on. So I started doing more things myself, and eventually (after many failed attempts), I managed to find a couple guys to help who really have mad skills. When I needed something done with electric or plumbing, I would pay through the nose for shoddy work, and learn the hard way. But eventually I connected in with quality guys in the trades as well, and so my network is solid. All the lessons learned have brought me to being able to give clients the same exceptional value, instead of inflated prices for average results. I believe there's a need in the market for remodeling solutions that lie somewhere between the $50k kitchen and the particle board one for $3k that falls apart in 2 years - and I intend to deliver.
