With this writers strike I have been forced to branch out into handyman and contracting work. Fortunately, I’ve done enough job through my life and my father taught me how to “swing a hammer”. With knowledge hard work and determination I am confident in my abilities to get whatever needs done, done, and done right. If I do not have a solution I’m honest about it but I have contacts that will give me the information I need to find success. Trouble shooting has become a major part of our everyday lives since my partner (in the picture) and I have started our real estate company. I needed a row of hedge cut down. got an estimate but then informed it would be several hundred more (from $500 > $850) when the job got started. got nickel and dimed over every little thing, and had to negotiate to keep the price at $850. also wouldn't cut down part of the hedge (~10') because of poison ivy but still charged the same amount. what got done was good work, and definitely good communication. but I wont use this company again.

All aspects of job were discussed and agreed upon before job was completed. (Including poison ivy) The project changed from a trim of 80+ feet of hedges, to a cut to the ground and removal of said hedges. As discussed, that process will indeed be higher in cost and in fact should have been much more expensive. Trimming vs full removal of hedges that were close to ten feet tall is simply more work. It changes from a few bags of debris to multiple truck loads and more people. After speaking about your personal situation and lack of funds we decided to complete the project for you at the a low rate. Hopefully if you use us again we can make things right! Zack did a phenomenal job repairing the deck that was in terrible condition, replaced all boards, replaced steps and placed a cement foundation, also repaired and replaced boards on a long front porch and front steps that was in bad shape …Zack was on time, responsive, professional, affordable, and the quality of his work was top notch!…would not hesitate to hire him again and have told many people about him!…

Zach did an exceptional job clearing and tilling our backyard. My home is a new build and I wanted the backyard at least cleared and prepped for seeding before my first host event which was was just days away. Zach adjusted his schedule to accommodate my request! He has his own tools and did the entire job in one shot. He is extremely professional, courteous and pleasant to work with.
