both he and his helper deserve all 5 items for punctuality and responsiveness. lu sent me a text the day he was scheduled to come out and was on time . these guys know what they are doing are professional had all the tools to do the job well I cannot say enough if you don't have this guy come out it is your loss they did fantastic work putting my pergola up and finishing it. did beautiful work and were nice to my dog. and me. soo other people -handy people are given overly generous ratings but these guys are the real deal . they cleaned up after they were done..and did not waste my time and money..they are worth the money ..I am not being compensated for this rating they are great..
