10/10! He was quick to respond, communicated clearly from the start, and explained the process upfront so there were no surprises. He arrived on time, was very respectful of my home (even wore booties over his shoes), and ran to Home Depot to get the necessary parts. We needed a split door frame repaired and the repair was completed quickly with high-quality workmanship, and he made sure everything was done right. He also cleaned up thoroughly before leaving vacuuming up dust and wood shavings from our floor. Overall, a fantastic experience—professional, courteous, and excellent quality work. I would absolutely hire again!
