- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing for each service. Pricing depends on factors such as distance, scope, square footage or acreage, land grade, window size, degree of disrepair, etc. we also offer a cost plus pricing strategy where you decide a pricing method used by companies to determine the price of a product or service. It involves setting a price by adding a fixed amount or percentage to the cost of a product or service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we work with new customers, we strive to make the process as simple and easy as possible for them. When you call us, we will gather some basic information about your needs, This initial conversation lasts about 10 minutes and gives us enough information to perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way.
