Mark came out on short notice to fix a hole in our ceiling created by a leak. He was quick, professional, and reasonably priced. We called him again to build a retaining wall. He did a fantastic job and completed it in a single day. Would highly recommend.

Time + materials is my standard for most smaller handy man projects.

I like to meet all new customers at their project and give a formal estimate before any work takes place. No money exchanges hands until goods or services are rendered.
