Off the bat, Excellent service! We requested RenoVee Works to assist with what I assumed was a door spring replacement job for our Maytag dishwasher. She advised us to have the door spring handy if possible which I promptly ordered. The Pro arrived as scheduled, we discussed the issue/problem, and she immediately got to work and quickly diagnosed/determined that the problem wasn't the door spring but a broken door balance link. She googled the appropriate part to ensure I ordered the correct part with instructions to alert her when delivered. With the right part 3 days later, the fix was quick and effortless. Now our dishwasher is back in service and working like a charm. Being super impressed with her professionalism, industriousness and work ethic, I asked if she had time to assist installing a ceiling bathroom ventilation unit, and without missing a bit, she was on it. According to manufacturer (Panasonic) instructions, this was supposed to be an easy installation job. Lo and behold, Murphy’s law strikes! The “Flex-2 Fast bracket” which eliminates the need for attic access was missing from the box. Undeterred, our Pro improvised and built the necessary mounts even though the effort required attic access, but in no time, the install was complete, and working as advertised. As a homeowner I have worked with many service providers, the quality-of-service RenoVee Works delivered exceeded expectations, and at great value overall. Our Pro was industrious, professional and calm when confronted with unexpected challenges. More importantly she has a knack with a handyman’s tool kit. I will definitely use RenoVee Works if I have a service need in addition to recommending this Pro to family and friends.

Reno Vee was able to put together two dressers and a bathroom cabinet without any difficulty. She was very professional and her work quality was excellent. Vee is an exceptional young woman who has aptitude to figure out the directions on the different types of furniture that are usually just pictures and very confusing. She had the and the right tools to see the job through to the end and has a great work ethic. Vee is very personable and I would definitely hire her for another project. Scheduling her was the only difficult aspect since she is in such demand for her expertise.
