Ricardo did a great job! I hired him only to sand my floor down to bare wood so that I could stain it myself. His quote was super reasonable and he did great work, despite there being several layers of stubborn paint to sand through. He even offered to come back and reinstall the quarter round for me when I was done with the staining process. Would absolutely hire him again and refer him to others.

Ricardo did great work putting a new floor in my bathroom after i made a mess trying to remove old floor and made the job bigger than it needed to be. lol So much for saving money!! Leave it to the pros and stay out of their way!!
