- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a simple and very easy to use up front price guide. I find that it's easier to just give the clients a readily available price list. This way you know what my prices are from the get go.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most are referrals from previous client's who end up referring a friend, family members or even coworker. I offer convenient text or SMS appointment reminders so our clients always knows the status of their appointment and can cancel or reschedule at anytime 48 hours prior to their appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have personally have worked as a housekeeper or personal assistant with direct experience in taking care of larger property specifically in the long term care facilities.
