- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge a flate rate depending on the type of clean. I very rearly add to my prices, but if extra services are asked for or request upon arrival I charge for it. Discount's are given to one a month, biweekly and everything week cleans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon meeting a new client, I introduce mysely and/or any other members of the team if present. I go over what we offer in the specific area they requested, what exactly they are looking for and how best we can leave a customer 100% satisfied with what they asked for.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been considered a clean freak and perfectionist. I put pride and my all in whatever it is that I do. Whenever I would have somebody come to my house, they would make jokes about how clean it was and would like for me to clean theirs. I started taking it into consideration and decided to start my own business. I first started with my friends, boss and bosses associates then I went local. Been doing ever since.
