Jaqueline and her crew did a great job with a deep clean of my daughter’s house today. They were punctual, professional, thorough and friendly. It is our daughter’s wedding weekend and many guests are expected to visit. We needed someone good and dependable and that is exactly what we got! The place sparkled! Today J&J team came to my place (2pl) after more than 1 hour driving. Although they are late because of traffic, they started working immediately. After three hours, everything is done. My place is rental property. They did great job cleaning everywhere, including windows, doors. All the pen marks on the door are gone! Disgusting refrigerator is cleaned. They took the rotten food away. The bathrooms are shining! The kitchen is beautiful! 5 star work!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work according to the client's needs: some clients prefer more organization, others value maintaining their own organization and prioritize cleanliness, and there are clients who demand both. So, depending on what they need, we adapt our services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We previously worked in housekeeping at a hotel, but we've been in housecleaning for 2 years now. We love our work, find it very satisfying to help someone have a better environment in their home where they can rest, spend quality time with family, and work in a cleaner and more organized space.
