Lisa was fantastic. She helped me with some tricky problems on furniture placement. In addition she gave me great ideas about changing the furniture layout in another room. Lisa was amazing!! A year ago I went from N Side row house to 1 room condo in uptown. I've collected a lot of wall art (pictures , prints, etc). Initially I decorated the walls w/out much thought and after a year needed an eye that could help me organize and place pieces where they made sense. After a brief intro and some time w/my english bulldog, Lisa went to work and in a very professional way told me she loved the art work but it could be arranged better. We talked through what I had, what i wanted to accomplish & over about 2 hrs we had made decisions and moves that made sense. I spent the weekend moving the art and honestly couldn't be happier -- and the change is fantastic! Lisa offered for me to txt / call, and I took advantage of that and after a few moves shot her a txt photo for confirmation or suggestion if it should be lowered / raised, etc. She was responsive, supportive and encouraging! Now, I love the space even more now!! Without hesitation I recommend Lisa -- she's a delight to work with. Thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly fee. I do not charge over and above that unless I am asked to travel.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with speaking to them about their needs, budget, style and time frame.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As stated I have 30 years of working on properties. I was a licensed real estate agent for years so I understand property values and take those into consideration with each improvement.
