- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is calculated on a per-job basis. Each home has a different level of requirements, different sqft and client needs. We try to tailor our pricing to each job considering the original infrastructure, material selection and clients desired needs. We always want to deliver quality work and materials for lasting durability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to start with a discovery call to get all of the clients needs and wants. We like to make sure we are a good fit for what our clients need as far as schedule, budget and quality. Once we gauge we are a right fit, we will schedule a consultation to review the space, measure and get a better understanding of the scope. After this we can gauge a proper proposal of budget, timeline and materials. If the proposal is what you are looking for we can proceed into a contract and deposit to get started on the design portion of the job. The design portion is to gather materials, layout plans and renderings. These plans are used to make sure the client loves the results and get contractor bids. After this is complete we will hire contractors and schedule to start work and procurement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years experience with interior design and home renovations. I have renovated over 35 homes, and built 6 different new construction homes and worked on multifamily builds of 25+ units. I am licensed and insured in the state of PA. My reviews and references are always available to verify my work.
