- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not accept any insurances, however my rates are affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually do an initial 15 minute phone interview at which time we will decide if the services that I provide and the expectations that you will have for me will be beneficial you as my client. After that, we will discuss our counseling schedule and set up our first official session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Doctorate Degree in Pastoral Ministry and a Masters Degree in Biblical Counseling. I have developed several strategic planning programs and designed courses that focus on helping people to work through emotional trauma, grief and anger management (courses available on my website). I am also a published author of a workbook and study guide to help people find purpose in sufferings.
