During the experience, I learned a lot about the positive and negative things that were impacting our marriage. Got great information and advice about what me and my wife needed to work on to improve our marriage. I would recommend truth life to anyone that is having issues in their relationship.
My now husband and I had Mark officiate our wedding and we also did pre marital classes. He was laid back and very easy to communicate with. He had real life experiences and prepared us for all aspects of marriage. The wedding ceremony was customized how I choose and was very care free and professional with a hint of humor. Mark did an amazing job and his family was also included in our special day.
I first saw Sara in the news and then decided to give her a call since my depression was getting really bad . She operates from a very holistic perspective which is different from all the other therapists I’ve been to, but that was what really worked for me this time .
I was able to schedule with Doreena on relatively short notice and I would have to say of any massage therapist that I have been to, she gave one of the most complete full body, deep tissue massages that I have had. I would certainly recommend Doreena.
From start to finish, Kirk handled our wedding in a very professional way. He was very prompt contacting me regarding his interest in performing the service. Once I awarded the contract to him, which only took a short while after I received all the input from other providers. Kirk then contacted me and asked gentle questions to get a feel about what my wife to be and myself were all about. He arrived at my home to perform the ceremony and very quickly established himself as a very friendly, confident professional. His service, that included religious remarks per our request were absolutely on target based on what we had discussed earlier on. Each person at our small wedding were immensely impressed, as well as my new wife and I. He was superb in the ceremony in that he demonstrates and speaks with great poise and ensures that he is completely sharing a very personal experience, through us, and to the guests as well. My thoughts reflect each of the previous remarks made by other clients of Kirk; he was spot on. Made us feel very comfortable and at peace with our selection to have Kirk officiate. Will endorse him at any for any type of marriage ceremony with gratitude and pleasure.
About 15 years ago I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful person who came to be one of my closest friends. It blossomed into a relationship that was more like family and not just another friend. As our relationship grew, I would hear a lot about her husband, Michael Ovadia (Lenny). As we all spent time together I could tell he was genuinely a good person, good character traits and had a big heart. She would often tell me that he had a gift for talking, guiding, and helping others thru tough times, decision making, life challenges etc. Because she is my close friend I would confide in her or vent when I faced tough times and she would occasionally share a few brief words but would always end the conversation with "you should talk to Len". I wasn't so sure how I felt about sharing my personal battles and emotions with Len because I didn't want to burden him with my problems, there was a fear or being judged or the possibility of opinions being formed. Even though I knew the good heart of Len and I knew he wasn't that kind of person I didn't want to risk a friendship or take his time. I remained hesitant to share with him. Until…... My marriage was at a very rocky spot, we tried marital counseling and it was not a good experience. My husband and I were growing further and further apart and with mixed emotions of wanting to end the marriage yet also wanting to save it, I clearly remember the afternoon I called Len and said "Are you home, I need to talk". I pulled in his driveway a few minutes later. He had no time to prepare and didn't even know what I wanted to talk about. I began to share what I was going thru and how I was feeling and he instantly started to pull the pieces apart, got inside my mind and started to untangle the spider webs, the circumstances, the emotions etc. What I saw as obstacles, Len saw as circumstances that could be overcome. He addressed each one and helped me see the light. While Len acknowledged that my feelings were real, he also could see that I was caught in a circle of frustrations/emotions that needed to be unwound and thought thru. When I left a few hours later, I had a new mindset and I had hope. I knew I still had hurdles and circumstances to deal with but the spider webs didn't feel like they were clinging to me anymore, I felt there was a chance to save my marriage, I felt I had the tools I needed to move forward and I knew he was holding me accountable to challenge my mindset and to make efforts on a positive level. He offered to talk to my husband also and I wasn't so sure my husband would open that door because my husband did not like the counseling experience and is not one to share his feelings openly. Len is also friends with my husband and he felt he could help us both understand one another better. I went home and I told my husband that I had talked to Len and that Len wanted to help him/us if he could. He too was hesitant about opening up but thought about it and finally accepted. He and Len got together a few days later and talked and it was another positive experience resulting in my husband coming home with a clearer understanding and tools to help us move forward. To this day, I give Len credit for unwinding a marriage that was in trouble and giving us the tools to build it up and rebound stronger than ever. My husband and I were going in circles with emotions, struggling with our communication etc. and I truly feel that a large part of our success is due to Len's generosity of helping us! Outside of our friendship, social events, family gatherings etc., Len would follow up occasionally to see how we were doing in our relationship and if he could help in any way. As he held a position in our lives as a friend/family, he was always professional about how he handled this aspect of our lives and never sided with either of us, judged or allowed it to change the dynamics of our relationship. Not only did Len help save my marriage, he was a great support system when my father was diagnosed with cancer and I was again facing another difficult time in my life. Seeing my dad fight his battle was a struggle for me emotionally, knowing his diagnosis was uncertain. Len had reached out over the course of my dad's illness and knew that I was really struggling with all the uncertainties and especially at the point when I knew my dad had become terminal. He, his wife Staci and I met for dinner one night. I walked in and didn't even know where to begin because my mind was again filled with spider webs, racing with all the "what if's", the anger, the frustration and pain. Though the pain in that situation will always be real, I walked away that evening feeling some peace from stories that were shared and the conversations we had. I've taken away a lot from conversations I've had with Len. As I go thru life there are times I reflect back on things he said, thoughts he shared, guidance he provided, and intervention that was helpful. I clearly remember word for word statements he has made that I reflect on at times when I face a challenge or when myself or a friend may need to hear some encouraging words. He was always available when needed and without even having time to prepare for what I may share with him, he was successful at providing valuable advice. I've known Len for many years and have seen him touch the lives of his family, friends and the general audience around him. He naturally has a gift for helping others and finds joy in what he does!
It was a great service he performed and couldn't have asked for a better person to do the Marriage ceremonies
Exactly what you need in a therapist: gentle and encouraging but tough when need be. She was easy to engage with from day one. She is also reliable, punctual, and never cuts a session short.
My wife and I had a great time working with Terry for our wedding in Pittsburgh. We had extensive conversations with him about our relationship, families, and goals for the future. These conversations allowed Terry to tailor our ceremony perfectly to our personalities and tastes, and, even more importantly, allowed us to begin our marriage with a strong foundation. We are grateful for the experience and would recommend his services with confidence to anyone who wants to start their marriage out on the right foot.
Tracey is an excellent therapist. She is very knowledgeable in her field and provided the best session I have ever experienced. I opted for the 2 hour massage session and Tracey was able to work out all the pain and kinks that I had neglected for years. I was impressed with the level of communication provided by Tracey prior to and during our session. Tracey has a very mild manner about her and makes one feel very relaxed when in her company. Tracey was very intuitive on what type of therapy to perform and had several excellent suggestions for preventive maintenance. I will definitely be asking for a future therapy session with Tracey and highly recommend her.
One of the best decisions we made for our wedding was to have Con be our officiant. He went above and beyond to make our day special and one of a kind. He prepared us with great tools for a successful marriage through pre marital counseling as well. He brought love, compassion, wisdom and heart to our wedding ceremony. We couldn’t have been more thrilled with everything!!!!
Gail is a kind, compassionate, thoughtful therapist who truly cares about her clients. She is great at what she does, giving her unbiased and professional help when you see her. Gail helped pull me out of a deep depression a few years ago and I will be forever grateful. I see her now to help with daily anxieties, ups and downs. Helping others is Gail’s calling. I would recommend her to anyone looking not only for an experienced therapist, but one who will develop an individual treatment plan and really care about making your life better.
I wasnt sure how I would feel about working with a male therapist, especially someone younger than me, but David was so easy to relate to and down to earth that the whole process was so unlike my other times in therapy. I really felt my issues were heard and I had so many tools to use after each session. I started getting traction in my life where with other therapists it felt like we were just getting together to talk. I can highly recommend David and Im sure he will help you like he did for me!
Pastor Mike Arnold exemplifies the minister that every couple getting married dreams will make their wedding ceremony a priceless memory they will treasure their entire lives. His ministry to us began with getting to know us a couple and explaining to us the Christian view of marriage and the union we were preparing to enter. This allowed him to prepare personal remarks at our ceremony from a position of pastor and friend to a couple that he had taken the time to get to know. Pastor Mike helped us plan a ceremony that was meaningful to us. He gave us the basic blueprint for our non-denominational ceremony and then allowed us to choose the scripture readings, special prayers and music that spoke to us. Pastor Mikes kindness, warmth, dignity and competence are unmatched, and we heartily recommend him to any couple preparing for the happiest day of their lives!
My husband and I hired Michael to officate our wedding on 31 July 2015. We contacted him with less than 1 week to our wedding and he was very work to respond and work with us. We wanted a ceremony that was different. We wanted a ceremony centered around the Christian duties of a husband/wife, and what it meant to have a Christian marriage. Michael also had the challenge of incorporated traditional Mexican wedding traditions (the Lazo, Arras, and Biblia) and he was able to deliver in every aspect. The ceremony turned out perfectly and was more than we could have expected. Thank you, for giving us the perfect ceremony to go along with our special day!
